Owner
LaKendra Henage has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Counseling, both of which were obtained at Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL. She is currently pursuing her PsyD in Health and Wellness Psychology at the University of Arizona Global Campus. LaKendra is an Emotional Wellness Consultant and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is committed to educating and consulting individuals and organizations to create and rediscover the healthy practices that they desire to foster. LaKendra specializes in treating anxiety, depression, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), grief, substance use disorders, and military-related concerns, holding certifications in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), International Alcohol and Drug Counseling (ICADC), and Clinical Military Counseling.

Chelsea Taylor, Ph.D, LPC, NCC, IMH-E®
Director of Children and Adolescents Services
Dr. Chelsea Taylor received a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical psychology and a Master of Science Degree in Counseling from Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL. She also received a Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy in Developmental Psychology with a specialization in child and adolescent development from Walden University. Her area of expertise mainly focuses on autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, trauma, and developmental disabilities. Her goal is to not only shed light on child and adolescent disorders but also to provide strategies that will allow families to help their children navigate through life.

Tiara McCants-Simmons, M.S. ALC
Tiara McCants-Simmons is a passionate and empathetic therapist specializing in infant, child, adolescent, and adult therapy. With a strong foundation in human services, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Alabama State University. She furthered her education with dual Master of Science degrees in Management and Counseling from Faulkner University. Tiara is currently pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Walden University, where she is refining her clinical skills and deepening her knowledge of counselor development. Tiara is committed to helping adolescents and young adults navigate emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and adjustment-related issues.
